01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing iee game — whether through the website at ieegame.app or the iee game mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If any part of these terms is unclear or you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and iee game. They apply to all activities on the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, sports betting, and use of any bonuses or promotions.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To use iee game, you must meet the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. iee game is strictly an adult platform. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account closed and any funds returned in accordance with our verification process.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person or third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously had an iee game account closed due to a policy violation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.

iee game reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and payment method at any time. This is standard practice on any responsible gaming platform and is in place to protect players as much as anything else.

03 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on iee game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. iee game will never ask for your password directly. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.

All activity carried out on your account is your responsibility. If you believe an unauthorised transaction has occurred, report it to support as quickly as possible. Delayed reports are harder to investigate and may affect the outcome.

• Keep your account details up to date — particularly your payment method and contact information.
• Do not allow others to use your account, even family members.
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session.
• Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other platforms.

iee game reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these terms, involved in suspicious activity, or where we are unable to complete identity verification to our satisfaction.

04 Deposits

All transactions on iee game are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). We support the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant deposit via mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank deposit
• Debit / Credit Cards — where supported
• Mobile Wallets — other approved wallet services

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed on our end. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the sending institution.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using someone else's payment account is not permitted and may trigger a verification review. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. You can request a withdrawal at any time provided your account is verified and no active bonus wagering requirements are pending.

Processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Most requests processed within a few hours
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Typically within 1 business day
• Cards / Other methods: May take up to 3 business days depending on the provider

Before your first withdrawal, you will be asked to complete identity verification. This is a one-time process and is in place to protect your funds. You will need to confirm your full name, date of birth, and the payment method you are withdrawing to. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed without repeating this step unless our risk team flags a review.

iee game reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a violation of these terms. In such cases, we will contact you through your registered contact details.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

iee game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These are designed to add value to your experience — but each one comes with specific terms that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions:

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering and remaining bonus balance after expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Check each promotion for contribution percentages.
• iee game reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be handled as described in the specific promotion terms.

07 Games and Sports Betting

All games available on iee game — including slots, live casino tables, and RNG-based games — use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or third party. Results are final once confirmed by the system.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and other formats:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time of placement. Odds can change rapidly, especially in live in-play markets.
• Bets placed on an event that has already concluded (due to network delay or data error) may be voided at iee game's discretion.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared no-result, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules for that market.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed within each betting market.
• iee game reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of market manipulation, data feed errors, or obvious pricing mistakes.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event concluding. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed. Contact our support team with your bet ID and the basis of your dispute.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on iee game. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one account for any reason
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method without their knowledge and consent
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
• Engaging in any money laundering or activity that violates applicable financial laws

09 Privacy and Data

Your continued use of iee game after any update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request a withdrawal of your remaining balance through the standard process.
